My name is Cortez Stubbs, and as a former professional athlete in the AFL, having played for esteemed teams such as the Orlando Predators, New Orleans Voodoo, and Tampa Bay Storm, my love for the game of football knows no bounds.

From the moment I first held a football, I fell in love with the sport, and my passion for the game has only grown stronger over the years. As a former athlete, I am incredibly passionate about giving back and sharing the knowledge and experiences I gained during my time as a professional. This passion led me to transition into coaching, and in 2018, I had the privilege of contributing to the Washington Valor's first championship as a coach.

During my tenure with the Valor, I not only coached the Defensive backs but also served as the Defensive Coordinator. This experience allowed me to further hone my coaching skills and develop a deeper understanding of the game. I realized that my true calling was to provide extra guidance and support to young athletes who aspire to become elite players.

That's why I founded 1 Stop Elite, a Sports Performance company dedicated to sports-specific training, speed, agility, strength training, and overall athletic development. Our primary goal is to help you become bigger, stronger, faster, and more flexible—essential qualities for excelling in your chosen sport.
